1. No Refunds & No Exchanges

All sales are final.
AMESM Flower Trading L.L.C does not offer refunds or exchanges on any products once an order has been placed and confirmed.

2. Perishable Nature of Products

Our products are fresh flowers and floral arrangements, which are perishable and time-sensitive. Due to this nature:

• Items cannot be returned
• Exchanges are not possible
• Orders cannot be canceled once processed

3. Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Orders Only)

We only take responsibility in the following cases:

• The product received is damaged/ broken upon delivery, or
• The product delivered is significantly different from the order placed

In such cases:

• You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery via mail at info@amestudiouae.com or via whatsapp @ +971 502632668
• Clear photo evidence must be provided
• We may offer a replacement only (no refunds) or store credits which can be used later (no refunds) after verification.

4. Non-Eligible Cases

We are not responsible for:

• Minor variations in flowers, colors, or arrangement (due to seasonal availability)
• Customer dissatisfaction based on personal preference
• Failed delivery due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability
• Delays caused by external factors

5. Order Cancellation

• Orders cannot be canceled once they are confirmed and processed
• Same-day orders are considered immediately processed
