1. Order Cancellation

Due to the perishable and time-sensitive nature of our floral products:

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed and processed
Same-day delivery orders are considered processed immediately and are not eligible for cancellation

2. Limited Cancellation Window

Cancellation requests may only be considered within a short time after placing the order, and only if the order has not yet been processed
AMESM Flower Trading L.L.C reserves the full right to accept or reject any cancellation request

- Workshops are subject to a minimum number of participants. If the minimum number of bookings is not met, or due to unforeseen circumstances, Âme Studio reserves the right to postpone or cancel the workshop.
- Should this occur, you will be notified in advance, and your booking will be transferred to a credit for a future workshop.

3. No Refund Policy

Approved cancellations (if any) will be handled according to our Refund Policy
As per company policy, no refunds or exchanges are provided once an order is confirmed

4. Order Modifications

Changes to delivery details, product selection, or time slots are not guaranteed after order confirmation
Any modification request is subject to approval and operational feasibility

5. Incorrect Order Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate details at checkout
Orders cannot be cancelled due to incorrect information provided by the customer

6. Company Rights

AMESM Flower Trading L.L.C reserves the right to:

Cancel any order due to product unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity
Reschedule delivery, if necessary, due to unforeseen circumstances
