1. Delivery Coverage & Rates

We currently deliver across the UAE with the following charges:

Dubai – AED 50 for orders up to AED 2000 & Free for above AED 2000 orders
Sharjah – AED 100
Ajman – AED 150
Umm Al Quwain – AED 150
Fujairah – AED 200
Ras Al Khaimah – AED 200
Abu Dhabi – AED 250

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the selected location.

2. Order Processing Time

To ensure the highest quality and freshness of our floral arrangements, all orders require preparation time.

Orders are processed based on the selected delivery time slot
Preparation begins once the order is confirmed

3. Delivery Time Slots

We aim to provide same-day delivery based on the following schedule:

Orders placed before 11:00 AM → Delivery between 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Orders placed before 3:00 PM → Delivery between 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Orders placed after 3:00 PM (previous day) → Delivery between 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (next day)

4. Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed within the specified cut-off times
Orders placed after cut-off times will be scheduled for the next available delivery slot

5. Delivery Conditions

Customers must provide accurate delivery details (address, contact number, recipient name)
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information
If the recipient is unavailable, delivery may be rescheduled or left with a third party (e.g., security/reception)

6. Important Notes

While we strive to deliver within the selected time slot, exact delivery times are not guaranteed
External factors such as traffic, weather, or high demand periods may cause delays
Our team ensures all orders are handled with care and delivered in optimal condition
